ATTENTION: BY PROCEEDING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING DEPOSIT POLICY AND STUDIO RULES. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
DEPOSIT POLICY:
1. For ALL appointments made at our studio, an advance payment is required to reserve the time slot. Therefore, once you make your booking request through the website, please contact us via the studio’s Instagram (@ato___studio) to complete the deposit payment. Otherwise, the appointment will be declined after 12 hours.
NEW CLIENTS:
50% of the total value of the scheduled services, paid at the time of booking.
REGULAR CLIENTS:
30% of the total value of the scheduled services, paid at the time of booking.
1. The deposit must be paid via MBWAY, REVOLUT, or BANK TRANSFER. The appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. If not paid within 12 hours, the appointment will be automatically canceled.
2. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount on the day of the appointment, and the remaining balance must be paid in CASH at the time of service.
3. The deposit can be refunded in case of cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice.
4. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the deposit will be retained and our cancellation policy will apply.
We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask you to book responsibly and consciously.
STUDIO RULES:
1. No companions (including pets and children). We are a small studio and wish to avoid overcrowding. If you bring someone without prior notice, they will have to wait outside the studio.
2. Please do not arrive too early without notice.
3. We are a safe space: Any form of racism, xenophobia, homophobia, or transphobia will not be tolerated.
4. Do not touch your face, hair, or clothes during your session unless it is an emergency.
5. In case of no-show or cancellation with less than 6 hours’ notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged. For late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the booking amount will be charged. If the payment for a no-show or late cancellation is not made, a new appointment cannot be scheduled.
6. After two consecutive no-shows, it will no longer be possible to book at our studio.
7. We tolerate up to 10 minutes of delay for your scheduled time. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show.
8. We do not provide maintenance for work done at other studios. If you have any product from another studio/technique, you must schedule a removal. Otherwise, the difference will be charged on the day of the appointment.
9. Nail art must always be booked together with a base service (BIAB, extensions, etc.).
